MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

Our management is here to help! Management team members are onsite  Monday to Saturday ready to assist.

At The Annaline, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Nashville! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, youre more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help. 

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, please contact contact a local locksmith.

AMENITIES

Yes. First come, first served, and pay per-month garages.

Six pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, soccer field, pavilion, pet park, and pay-per-use clubrooms.

The Annaline is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. There is a $15.00 pet rent per animal per month. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.

In each of our Nashville apartments, you'll find stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, and dishwasher, so you can cook to your heart's content in your kitchen with luxe finishes. You'll also find a washer and dryer in select homes to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love. No, our Nashville apartments are unfurnished, meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most!

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

Once you apply, please send your income verification to us via email and we will send the CheckPoint ID verification link. If your application is completed during business hours and you have completed the income and ID check it will take 5 minutes to produce the screening results. 

Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.

Our Renter's Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the Renter's Insurance policy at PROP NAME, please contact our leasing office!
 

For internet and cable providers you can use Xfinity and AT&T, keeping in mind our property offers high-speed internet! 

If your situation changes, we require a 60 day notice and two-month termination fee.

To set up your utilities, contact Nashville Electric Service online or by phone. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are right within reach at The Annaline.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Metro Nashville School District.

You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! At The Annaline, we are so excited to welcome you into our tight-knit community with all the features you're sure to love.

All are welcome to come take a tour! Call our property staff to arrange the best time so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these Nashville apartments, Schedule a Tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Nashville, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate.

Local shopping, dining, and entertainment surround the community, located just minutes away from the heart of Nashville.

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees. 

The Annaline does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for parking/pet rent dependent on resident circumstances.

We do not allow subletting or AirBNB listings.

To make sure The Annaline is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee please inquire by contacting the office.
